If you’ve ever hit snooze too many times, reached for an energy drink at 3PM, or stared at the ceiling wondering why you can’t fall asleep — you’re not alone. We’ve been there too.

Life moves fast, and most of us are constantly trying to strike a balance: enough energy to power through the day, enough sleep to actually recover at night. That balancing act is what inspired us to create Rthym, and now, we’re taking it a step further with something new: The Weekly Rthym.

What is The Weekly Rthym?

The Weekly Rthym is our new wellness blog, a place to explore natural energy alternatives, better sleep habits, and lifestyle balance in a way that feels approachable and practical.

Think of it as a quick Friday check-in: part science, part lifestyle, part real talk. Each week, we’ll share something you can actually use, whether that’s a trick to beat the afternoon slump, simple steps to improve your nightly routine, or an ingredient spotlight (spoiler: chamomile and hibiscus are more powerful than you might think).

We keep things short, actionable, and written the way we’d talk to a friend. Because wellness doesn’t have to be complicated.

Why We Started This Blog

Rthym began out of frustration: overpriced energy drinks that left the boys and I jittery, and there aren't many simple options that actually worked.

So, we built our own: energy strips for your days, sleep strips for your nights, and hangover strips for the wild nights. They’re easy to take, non-addictive, and designed to help you find your rhythm between productivity and rest.

But we didn’t just want to stop at a product. We wanted to build a community — a place where people can share, learn, and find real advice about energy, sleep, and finding balance. That’s what this is all about.
